It's so hard to find good eclairs in DC :(

This also works when applying for your first carte de sejour, trying to get a driver's license, attempting to retrieve a package at La Poste minutes before lunch, dealing with Air France during a strike or a snowstorm, explaining to any government worker that the errors in your papers are theirs, not yours ,or attempting to contest a parking ticket. A perfectly crafted Palmier works well also!
