Yesterday's spring/summer men's show for Louis Vuitton featured a host of androgynous looks for men — and women. I'd love to get my hands on this entire ensemble, cut to fit a woman. What do you think, Marc Jacobs? Can you do that for me?
There is something about men wearing short trousers and no socks that I find very difficult to like.

I think I saw a neighbor wearing his wifes cropped sweatpants (they were a bit snug) - he got the memo - but it didn't translate.

What is androgynous about this outfit? It is a very classic, masculine look. That some women have adopted men's clothing into their wardrobes is another story, but I see nothing particularly androgynous about this particular look. The rolled up pants is a trend that both some men and women are following, but the overall effect says masculine.
